POP-UP "Contacting the server for information"
Hi, I am getting a POP-up "contacting the server for information" when opening any commercial email (associated with graphics in message body), received from outside the orgnization. I am geeting this POP-up while accessing these kind of emails from office network. When opening these kind of emails from home using RPC over http, then there is no POP-up for "contacting the server for information" . Follwing are the details. 1)- Outlook version - Outlook 2007 2)- Exchange version - 2007 with roll up 10 on all exchange serverroles. Please provide your inputs. Regards, Gautam

Jonas, You are correct – there is a POP3 account as well in user outlook profile. He has a rule for all the mail from the POP3 account to be stored in a defined folder. He is getting this error (POP-up) for email that is being addressed to his Exchange ID – generally mail from vendors in HTML format with heavy inline graphics.
